Terms of Service

By accessing or using Prompt Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Prompt Pro is a Chrome browser extension that enhances user-written prompts for AI chat platforms. The Service includes:

• Prompt enhancement via our AI-powered API
• Integration with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• User account management
• Optional paid subscription features

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Free Tier: Users receive 3 prompt enhancements per day at no cost. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.

Pro Subscription: Paid subscribers receive unlimited enhancements and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.

Refunds: We offer a 3-day free trial for Pro subscriptions. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Prompt Pro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your original prompts. Enhanced prompts generated by the Service may be used freely by you for any purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Enhanced prompts will always produce better AI responses
• The Service will be compatible with all platforms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
